Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Combust Media (the "app") and the website at combust.media, operated by Black Flame Digital Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Combust Media is a media player for playlists and content that you provide. We do not host, provide, supply, or control any channels, streams, movies, or other media. The app is a tool for organising and playing content you already have the right to access.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Your content and acceptable use

You are solely responsible for the playlists, URLs, files, and Custom Mode codes you add, and for ensuring you have the legal right to access and use them. You agree not to use Combust Media to access, store, or distribute content that infringes copyright or other rights, or that is otherwise unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Custom Modes

Custom Modes are provided by independent third-party developers. We do not create, review, endorse, or control third-party mode content, and we are not responsible for it or for the servers that deliver it. Your use of a Custom Mode is at your own risk and may be subject to that developer's own terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe (or the relevant app store) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription at combust.media. Except where required by law or app-store policy, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

The app, website, branding, and software are owned by Black Flame Digital Ltd and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the app as intended. Content you add remains yours.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for third-party content, streams, or servers accessed through the app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Flame Digital Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
